Concessions & Volunteering

To sign up for your volunteer hours at the concession stand for home games, please visit the following page via

The Colts program is made up entirely of volunteers. Without the help of our amazing parents, none of this is possible.

For every home game, we must have a chain gang, clock/score keeper, down markers and concession volunteers. The Colts require that all parents complete two (2) hours in concessions per family in addition to the field assistance.

Additionally, when our cheerleading & dance squads host a competition (typically every other year), it is required that ALL Colts families volunteer 2 hours for this event in order for it to be successful.

Families will be required to sign up electronically via the Colts website for open one-hour shifts at the concessions area during home games. The shift you sign-up for does not have to be during your child’s game time.

Please note that no one under the age of 18 is allowed to work in any concession duties. All volunteers will undergo a brief training course to familiarize themselves with the operations of the concession stand and/or the wearable area at the beginning of their shift.

We will post the link with available dates and times as they become available. ‚Äč
