Withdrawals and Refunds
Winter/Spring Sessions: Our cheer & dance winter/spring session has no refunds available.
Summer/Fall Sessions: Colts has a “no-cause” policy. Refunds are based on the fully assessed registration fee, not a point of time in the payment plan process. A no-cause refund of 75% will be granted when requested in writing to the President. Cheer/Dance must request their refund by midnight on Friday, July 14th. Football must request their refund by midnight on Friday, August 4th. There will be no registration refunds after this time, no exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: Refund requests can take up to 60 days to process.
