Cheer & Dance Uniform Care Information

Updated Monday January 16, 2017 by Grayslake Colts Football, Cheer & Dance Association.

Your athlete will receive for the Fall Session a Game Uniform and Game/Competition Warm Up for use during the season.  The 3-piece game uniform must be returned at the end of the 2017 cheer and dance season.  The 2-piece game/competition warm-up must be returned at the end of the 2017 cheer and dance season unless the athlete is moving forward to the Spring Session.  Coaches will notify their squad of the exact game attire before each game day.  That week's attire is to be worn to games with white socks and white gym shoes (NOT the competition shoes).

The game uniform consists of a vest, skirt and unifit as required for the squad.  This uniform is for your athlete’s use only and should be returned in the same condition as it was received.  If the uniform is not returned or is irreparably damaged, you will need to pay for the replacement cost at uniform/warm-up turn in.  See registration packet for replacement cost.

The game/competition Warm-up consists of a warm-up jacket and pants.  Just like the game uniform, the warm-up is for your athlete’s use only and should be returned in the same condition as it was received.  If the warm-up is not returned or is damaged, you will be need to pay for the replacement cost at uniform/warm-up turn in.  See registration packet for replacement cost.

Uniforms and Warm-ups are to be worn for Colts sponsored functions ONLY.  We ask that you use extreme care if it is necessary to consume food or beverage while wearing this uniform.    NO ALTERING is to be done to these uniforms or warm-ups without the consent of the director, with the exception of the button on the skirt.  The button on uniform skirts may be moved to accommodate your daughter’s waist size without consent of the director.
